Advocacy & Advisory Experience: As an attorney, real estate broker, and business owner, Kyle has more than twenty years of experience working in the Southern California legal, real estate, and business communities. Kyle has litigated dozens of cases to final award/verdict recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Kyle has also successfully managed the construction, leasing, and purchase/sale of various kinds of real estate and business assets including:

Restaurants
Residential Rental Income Properties, and
Personal Residences & Vacation Homes
Broad Understanding Of Party Perspectives: Over his career Kyle has represented and advised a wide range of stakeholders ranging from sophisticated institutional interests (e.g. FDIC, Fortune 500 banks, private hard money lenders, and multi-million dollar real estate funds) to individuals lacking in any prior experience with formal dispute resolution (e.g. small business owners, first time home buyers, and “mom-and-pop” income property owners).
Credibility With Advocates: Kyle has been a perpetual contributor and leader in local and regional legal and real estate communities. Kyle has previously served as the chair of the San Diego County Bar Association - Real Property Law Section, and as both executive committee member and editor of the “e-news” for the California Lawyers Association - Real Property Law Section.
To this day Kyle continues his community service as Secretary of the California Lawyers Association - Real Property Law Section, as an advisor to the executive committee of the California Lawyers Association - Real Property Law Section, and as an at-large member of the San Diego County Bar Association - Real Property Law Section.
Mediation Experience: For the past three years Kyle has turned his talents and experience towards mediation as a private mediator and as a volunteer mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center, and in those capacities he has successfully resolved many contentious real estate and business disputes.
